RETURN & PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT POLICY

This Return & Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and procedures related to returns, packages lost, and packages damaged in transit for Dua Parfums ("Dua Parfums," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Return Policy:

  1. Refunds and Exchanges: Dua Parfums, like several other fragrance companies and distributors, does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on products. Once a fragrance is dispatched to a customer, it cannot be ensured that it has not been used or tampered with, making it ineligible for resale by Dua Parfums.
  2. Quality Assurance: We stand by the exceptional quality of our ingredients. However, due to the highly subjective nature of scent preferences, we cannot provide exchanges or refunds for fragrances that a customer may dislike or find unsuitable.
  3. Reselling Option: In instances where a fragrance does not align with your personal preference, we recommend exploring avenues to resell the product. 2. Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit:

  1. Package Replacement: Dua Parfums is committed to replacing packages that are either lost or damaged during transit.
  2. Timeframes for Replacement: Due to stipulations set forth by our shipping insurer, specific timeframes apply for package replacement requests:

For packages dispatched within the United States, replacements will be considered for packages without tracking updates after a 14-day period.

For international shipments, package replacements will be evaluated after a 20-day period following the last tracking update.

  1. Immediate Action for Delays: Should your package experience delays, please promptly notify us by emailing support@duaParfums.com. We are here to assist you in such instances. We recommend allowing us to file a carrier claim on your behalf for optimal resolution.
  2. Limitations on Early Claims: While we urge timely reporting of package issues, replacements cannot be initiated prior to the designated timeframes outlined above.
